AI Transparency
We build AI agents — so we use them ourselves. Here is exactly what for, and who stands behind the content.
Where we use AI
- Articles, glossary and comparison pages: research, structure and wording are produced using AI tools. The professional judgement, the examples from real projects and the final sign-off come from us.
- This English version: the English section of this website is a machine translation of the German originals. The editorial review takes place on the German text; the translations are not reviewed individually. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
- Illustrations: some images on this website are AI-generated illustrations — including the image on the home page, which shows the founder in stylised form. They are not photographs and do not reproduce a scene that actually took place. Every such image carries a notice directly beneath it.
- AI Potential Check: the chat on this website is an AI assistant, not a person. This is stated visibly in the chat window before you write your first message.
Who is responsible
Niclas Hoffmann holds editorial responsibility for all content on this website (address in the imprint). Every article is published under his name and released by him before it goes online. If anything strikes you as wrong or misleading, write to us — we will correct it.
What we deliberately do not do
- No invented testimonials, reviews or references.
- No AI-generated images made to pass as genuine photographs of people, clients or staff. The photographs of people on this website are real; AI-generated motifs are kept illustrative and labelled as such.
- No invented metrics. Our case studies are anonymised for confidentiality but real — we only state results we can substantiate.
Legal background
The transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50) apply from 2 August 2026. Among other things, they require that users can tell when they are interacting with an AI system, and that AI-generated content is disclosed as such under certain conditions. We provide this information voluntarily even where the regulation does not strictly require it — because being open about your own use of AI is part of being a company that sells AI.
How we handle your data — particularly in the AI chat — is set out in our privacy policy.
