HVNH AI was founded by Niclas Hoffmann in Siegen, Germany — based on a simple observation: the biggest time sinks in companies are rarely the difficult tasks, but the ones that repeat.
Our vision
We believe that within a few years, every company will employ digital employees — as naturally as email and accounting software today. The decisive question is no longer whether, but who moves first: businesses that automate their routine have more time for customers, better margins and more relaxed teams.
The problem: most AI solutions assume modern cloud software. But many established businesses — especially the German Mittelstand — run on legacy systems, industry software and Excel folders. That is exactly why our core promise is 100 percent connectivity: we bring AI to where your data actually lives — not to where it would be convenient.
With our second product GEO Tracking AI we take the next step: when customers increasingly make their buying decisions through AI assistants, your brand has to appear in their answers. We measure and optimise exactly that.

Niclas Hoffmann is 20 years old, comes from Eisern near Siegen, Germany — and had already founded two companies by the age of 19. What began with chatbots for customer communication is HVNH AI today: custom AI agents and automations for small and mid-sized businesses, with clients across Germany.

That process-first mindset has made the rounds: as the resident AI speaker of the Siegen Chamber of Commerce (IHK Siegen), Niclas hosts a monthly lecture series. The opening talk in February 2026 — on how AI agents automate routine tasks in small and mid-sized companies — drew an audience of more than 100. Since March 2026 he has also been sharing his knowledge in workshops: AI fundamentals & law, AI security & compliance, AI potential analysis and an all-in-one AI package.
With GEO Tracking AI he has built a second mainstay: a platform that measures how visible brands are in AI answers. Behind all of it stands one clear conviction: by 2030, AI automation will be as much a given as a company website — and those who start early gain the biggest head start. The network reaches all the way to Silicon Valley: in autumn 2026, Niclas represents HVNH AI at the Startup Showdown of The AI Conference in San Francisco — part of a multi-week tour through the US tech scene.
